Zver (nee Ferencak), Anna
1927 – 2026
Born in Odranci, Slovenia on May 27, 1927. Anna passed away peacefully on January 3, at the age of ninety-eight. Beloved wife of the late Alois Zver. Loving mother of Regina (James Burton) and the late Louis (Francine Leblanc), cherished grandmother of Elizabeth, Jennifer (Jeffrey Flood) and Maxime (Julie-Pier Bellemare), treasured great-grandmother of Wesley, Rebecca and Mayson. She also leaves to mourn her nephews and nieces as well as many other relatives and friends.
The family will receive condolences on Wednesday, January 7, from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. (prayer service to be held at 2:00 p.m.) at the J.A. Guilbault Funeral Home Inc., 5359 St. Michel Boulevard (below Masson), Montreal, Quebec, H1Y 2C8.
The funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 8, at 10 a.m. at St-Vladimir Slovenian Parish, 3470 St. Joseph Boulevard East, Montreal, Quebec, H1X 1W6, thence to Le repos Saint-Francois d’Assise Cemetery.
Family and friends are invited to donate in Anna’s memory to the St-Vladimir Slovenian Parish or to the Association des bénévoles du CHSLD Vigi Montérégie.
