It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Franc Sotelsek, on March 23, at the age of eighty-one.
Beloved husband of the late Jeannette Bednikoff. Loving father of Frank (Julie), Tanya (Eric), Peter (Mahzad) and Katia (Francis). Cherished grandfather of Maya, Jasmine, Julianne, Kaitlin, Sean, Amelia and Alexander. He will also be sadly missed by his dear partner Vera Vucko, who shared his life in later years, as well as her family, his nephews and nieces, his extended family members in Canada and Slovenia, and many friends.
The family will receive condolences on Monday, March 30, from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. (prayer service to be held at 2:30 p.m.) at the J.A. Guilbault Funeral Home Inc., 5359 Saint-Michel Boulevard (south of Masson Street), Montreal (Quebec) H1Y 2C8. Phone: 514 721-4925.
Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 31, at 10 a.m. at Saint Vladimir Slovenian Parish, 3470 Saint-Joseph Boulevard East, Montreal (Quebec) H1X 1W6.
