Passed away peacefully in Montreal, on October 13, at the age of eighty-eight. Beloved husband of Ana Hodnik. Loving father of Jimmy (late Louise Prevost). Survived by his brothers Tony (late Marija Pucko), Stefan (Mary Matjasec), his sister Verona (Franc Sotelsek), other siblings in Slovenia late Ignac, Marija, Ana, Terezija, late Agica. His nephew Anthony and his nieces Majda (Henry), Stephanie, Christine (Dan), Valerie, Doris (Jonathan), and Nancy (Marco). He also leaves to mourn many other family members and friends. 

The family will receive condolences on Sunday, October 17, from 2 to 6 p.m. (prayer service to held at 2:30 p.m.) at the J.A. Guilbault Funeral Home Inc., 5359 St-Michel Blvd, Montreal  514-721-4925.

Funeral service will be held on Monday, October 18, at 11 a.m. in St. Vladimir Parish, 3470 St. Joseph Blvd. East, Montreal, thence to Notre-Dame-Des-Neiges Cemetery. In his memory, donations to the St. Vladimir Parish will be greatly appreciated.
