Vucko, Anton (Tony)

1938-2023

Passed away peacefully, in Brossard, on February 28, 2023 at the age of eighty-four.


Beloved husband of the late Marija Pucko. Loving father of Majda (Henry) and Anthony. Survived by his siblings Stefan (Mary) and Vera (Branko) in Montreal and his sisters Marija, Ana, and Terezija in Slovenia. He also leaves to mourn his brothers-in-law, his sister-in-law Ana, his nephews and nieces as well as many other relatives and friends.


He was very proud of his long career at Pratt & Whitney Canada (Longueuil-Plant 2).


The family will receive condolences on Sunday, March 5, from 2 to 6 p.m. (prayer service to be held at 2:30 p.m.) at the J.A. Guilbault Funeral Home Inc., 5359 St. Michel Blvd. (below Masson), 514 721-4925.

 

Funeral service will be held on Monday, March 6, at 10 a.m. in St. Vladimir Parish, 3470 St. Joseph Blvd. East, Montreal.


Donations in his memory may be made to the St. Vladimir Parish or to the Montreal Alzheimer Society.
