It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Ivka Miljak (nee Coric), May 24, 2020. She is predeceased by her husband of five decades Mr. Stefan Miljak. Teta Ivka as she was commonly known was born in Croatia, October 14. 1923, emigrated to Canada in 1961 and together with her husband lived a full and gregarious life dearly touching everyone who knew her. She fought valiantly all the way to the end and will be missed by everyone fortunate enough to have known her.

Teta Ivka is survived by her sister Danica Ivandic (Jakov), her nephews, Tonci Coric (Mirijana), Joseph Ivandic (Maja) and Tom Ivandic along with countless relatives in Croatia.

In lieu of flowers if so desired memorial donations may be made in Ivka’s name to St. Nicolas Tavelic Croatian Catholic Church.

Due to the recent Covid restrictions a private service will be held for immediate family only on Friday, May 29, 2020.
